I made a stew of this soup by adding some pork meat (300g) and much more spinach (700g) on 4 servings. Whole family enjoyed it!

Amazing! I like a bit more lemon than called for but this recipe is spot on. Loved it!

Had a nice flavour but thought there was too much lentils which made the soup very thick. I had to add some more chicken stock and added some zuchini and mushrooms and some ground chicken for more protein. If I make it again the next time, I shall only add 1 cup of lentils (used red lentils).

Pretty good. I’m big on lemon and used 2. Also, add salt and pepper to taste.
