Tasted Very good !made half the quantity but the liquid used for rice wasn’t enough just added a little more and cooked it a little longer .Left out egg but that’s personal preference

would keep on as my go to kedgeree recipe. Added king prawns and used smoked basa, coriander in place of parsley and some soya yoghurt in place of cream

Really easy and full of flavour. Had plenty of silver beet in the garden so substituted for the peas. Also used smoked snapper instead of haddock. All turned out well and will definitely make it again.

Made it and adapted as am diabetic, used a little cream, was still amazing. Delish!
