fantastic. i usually find most vegetarian dishes pretty underwhelming but i was very satisfied at the end

It turned out great! I spread about 1/2 cup of store-bought tomato sauce at the bottom and replaced the thyme with basil leaves since I didn’t have any thyme. Hard to cut into thin slices, but it worked and it was a great dish! Would make again if I have time!
