Have made this four times already, the flavour is so good. Adding the lime juice is a complete must! If I don’t have lime juice, substituting with Amchur powder works too.

Took me ten mins to make because I used kidney beans from thrive market in a pouch. Easy and delicious

Delicious, but I soaked the beans 8 hours before cooking, which reduced the cook time in the pressure cooker down to 20 minutes. You have to soak beans if you want to avoid gas (with a little baking soda and 2 or 3 changes of soaking water) even if technically you can cook them up under pressure without soaking. Just soak, folks.
