Great! Would definitely do it again. Made it x4 for 3 person dinner. Added more lime juice for a little less sweetness.

Salad was great a little bit more sugary as I would expected, so I will play with dressing a little bit next time. :)

This is a perfect summer salad. I added some grilled chicken and ate it as a meal. It would work great as a side. I will definitely be making this again and will also be using the dressing combination for other salads.

A very delicious & nutritious salad.. Used baby rocket leaves instead of spinach.. Would definitely do it again!
