This was the best dough I’ve made so far in my quest to find the perfect pizza dough. I want to add seasonings & perhaps some Parmesan cheese to this to make better. It is good like it is & I seriously don’t know why anyone would make their crust from a mix when this is so easy! This is the best of basic crusts that I have found on this site or others so just want to ‘Jazz it up’ a bit.
Week later: I have made adding approx 1T garlic powder & 1T Italian seasoning (maybe too much for some but we like heavy seasoning on everything) & we like very well now! Moving up to 5 star.
Update: I also add tiny bit of hot pepper flakes, 1 T sugar. I increase the salt to enhance flavor and use fresh cracked black pepper to taste. Sometimes instead of using all bread flour use part whole wheat for interest and taste.

I love this recipe, it's quick, easy and very tasteful. I add a little yellow corn meal to mine, for that authentic pizzeria taste.

This dough is lovely. The recipe recommends that you leave it over night but I've had great success with waiting just an hour or two ! It's quick and easy and delicious :)
