I made my own sauce with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ginger, onion powder, and garlic powder because I didn't have what their sauce called for, but it was delicious all the same. Also used Udon noodles.

If you're eating tofu, this is certainly a good way to do it--low cholesterol (depending on rice or other grain used) and gluten free for troublesome diets. Spicy but not hot. Any vegetable can be substituted, but having the broccoli is nice.
