    Good. I added more salt and some scallions for color. Easy overall served over rice with some roasted Brussel sprouts

    Pretty good! I bought too thin a cut of meat ... and I learned my daughter doesn’t like mushrooms lol. My husband and I enjoyed it and will make again, next time with a bit more sauce base.

    Really great flavors. I added beef stock to the mushrooms and onions towards the end of them cooking to make them into a sauce. Served everything over mashed potatoes.

    I mean ... it was okay. Could use A LOT more seasoning, and some sort of gravy. I realize that negates the health factor, but for a Louisiana girl this was pretty bland.

    Excellent quick meal prep recipe. I substituted the flank steak with Tyson’s grilled steak strips. Took less than 10 minutes to prepare for lunches. This should freeze well too so I can have some this week and already have some prepped for next week too. I am serving with brown rice in my lunches.

    I used a marinade (soy sauce, Worcestershire, garlic, mustard, lemon, pepper, vegetable oil) on the meat so it was pretty flavorful! I was leery about the hot pan being smokey but honestly that's the only way to get steak right as it turns out. It's great over rice or quinoa as you may need something to break up the richness (especially if you use a marinade)

    Very good and easy to make. Add spice to your taste. Very easy to make especially on a weeknight. Didn't alter at all.
