as the description says; quick. this was an easy recipe and afterall it was very yummie!
you dont have to be an expert. I was even able to empty the dishwasher and some other things.
thanks for sharing this recipe, this will return more often in our weekly menu.

Added cumin coriander gram Marsala and I added some spinach I had on hand as well and turned out perfect.

We loved this recipe, it turned out totally delicious. I didn’t have vindaloo curry powder so I made my own from a recipe I found online and it tasted great. I will definitely be making again.

The curry is too thick. I think the amount of coconut milk is lesser than the recipes stated

This was a big hit. I doubled the recipe and added green peas as well. I used red potatoes unpeeled. Turned out really well. I also didn't use coconut oil and used olive oil which I had on hand and turned out just fine. I love the recipe but I don't feel you need to follow it exactly as prescribed. I avoid having to go to the store and buy items I don't have. Substitute with what you do have a make do.
