These are tasty if you’re a pumpkin lover. Made some other cookies with the leftover pumpkin. Recipe only takes part of can. Nice mixture of cinnamon and pumpkin. Cookies are somewhere between cakey and chewy. Solid cookie!

Not really what I expected them to taste like ... not sure what it is about this recipe that is not working, but the flavor & texture are off. Taste more like sweet potato rather than pumpkin
Note: Upon studying the recipe I feel that it's the cream of tartar that I'm averted to in this recipe ... makes them too tangy. In the comments it is suggested to leave out the cream of tartar & to slightly flatten the cookies to help the texture.

Yum! Doubled the recipe- my only complaint is that it still wastes about 1/2 can often pumpkin- so I need to find another recipe to use up the rest!

They turned out perfect! Everyone loved them so much, that I now quadruple the recipe when I make them! I wouldn't change a thing! I followed the recipe and it's fantastic! Lots of flavour....but you can't wolf them down! Take your time and savour them, let pumpkin and cinnamon flavours melt on your tongue...your taste buds will thank you!!!

Everything I hoped them to be! Very soft and chewy! Definitely got me in the mood for the fall season! A great recipe to make for family and friends too, but you will be tempted to keep them all for yourself.
