- 1 orange zest
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup double cream (fresh)
- 1/3 cup unbleached all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, mix 1 cup flour and salt. Add the orange zest.
