Very tasty and moist. I agree it didn't have as much pumpkin flavor as I had hoped but still good.

It turned out well-not as pumpkin-y or maple-y as I would have liked, but I was looking for a recipe to use up some extra pumpkin I had. This definitely fit the bill! If I make it again I will try it with EVOO-I think the flavor of that would complement this well.
