- 1 pkg. knorr leek recipe mix
- 6 whole whole cloves
- 2 bay leaf
- 1 head cabbage
- 4 potatoes (medium, cut into chunks)
- 3 cups carrots (sliced)

Directions
- Add corned beef, water, Knorr® Leek recipe mix, cloves and bay leaves to 6-quart Dutch oven. Simmer covered until corned beef is almost tender, about 2-1/2 hours. Stir in vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. Remove bay leaves before serving.

I added a Guinness to the water. It tasted wonderful.
