- 2 slices bread (your favorite)
- 3 Tbsp. egg whites
- 1 scoop protein powder (your favorite, I used a Cinnamon Bun flavored protein by Muscle Gauge Nutrition)
- cinnamon (to taste)

Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together the egg whites, protein powder and cinnamon.
- On a large plate, lay out your 2 slices of bread side by side and pour the egg white mixture over the bread. Allow the bread to sit for 3 to 5 minutes then flip the bread over and allow it to continue to soak for another 3 to 5 minutes.
- Using a medium size pan, set to medium heat and coated in non-stick spray cook both pieces of bread for approximately 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
