Maybe I’m too new to the pressure cooker life but following the directions word by word my pressure cooker ran hot and things started to burn. I had to do a little slow cooking with what I could salvage so my family could have something to eat the next day. If I missing something please do share.

Great recipe! I cooked a whole chicken, so it needed 22 minutes of high pressure. Yes, I would make this again!
