The carrot potato mash was my favorite with the au jus from the meat, not to short sell how amazing the short ribs turned out, first time using a pressure cooker, I would try keeping them on for 10 more mins to see if it rendered down more of the fat, few pcs were a little chewy but will make this again SOON!
