Great recipe. I added more chilis and had to substitute white beans for hominy but I will be making it again

first time ever making pozole and it was so good. i made mine partly on the stove and partly in the crockpot. I tweeked it a lil bit, did a pork butt n added some tomato chicken bullion. i had lots of toppings and it was fantastic!! Im greatful for the recipe, good stuff

This was surprisingly meh. Mine came out greasy and surprisingly not very spicy, with kind of a “muddy “ taste. I included some New Mexican chiles in the mix, and maybe that was part of the problem, but I probably won’t try this again.

I’ll give this recipe a try too. The one I made, got it from a YouTube linK. For my next try, I’ll mix some tips from here and some from the link. Overall, a very tasty recipe. A must make!

Have made it five times or more
Only thing I’ll say is add a few more of each pepper
I make enough for 20 people it calls for 8 guajillo I put 12
25% more depending on how much u make
Enjoy
