A good quick and easy recipe. It was tasty, but I think the pork chop would benefit from a wet marinade for a few hours. It seemed like all of the flavor was on the surface, especially with such a strong sauce. Will make again but modify to make the seasonings into a marinade, and probably try with 1/2 white wine so the glaze flavor complements the pork chop instead of overwhelming it.

This recipes turned leftover, dried pork chops into juicy pieces of meat! I didn’t have enough balsamic vinaigrette for every pork chop, but I substituted it with Apple Cider vinaigrette and it was still delicious, but a bit thinner and not quite as sweet. Overall, very please with how the recipe turned out—both sweet and savory pork chops.

Delicious, I was a bit concerned with the amount of balsamic vinegar required, but the combination of flavours worked out great in the end.

I’ve never made a balsamic glaze before but this one was awesome. Definitely saving for another meal was super easy to make with a side of rice

This is a great dish. Careful how much sugar you add and make sure the pork is cooked to you liking before the glazing.

I’ve made this recipe quite a few times after ordering Penzeys online. It’s my go to recipe when I want something quick and easy.

yummy! we cut the pork chops into strips to fit tgem all in the pan, but the glaze was delicious! I used a different spice blend and it worked out well.

im not a huge fan of pork, but i really liked this. I opted to use a little molasses rather than sugar and i was pretty pleased with the turn out. i felt the balsalmic was a little aggressive so i added a little chicken stock also. id make it again

These were tasty. Not a favorite but now bad.
The vinegar smell was a little overbearing for the kids but the hubby and I enjoyed it

These were edible, but not the best. I would not make again...I really only tasted the balsamic vinegar.

I thought the glaze would think-up a little bit more. All I really tasted was the balsamic. They were okay.

I love the tangy taste of balsamic vinegar. I did not have Penzey's seasoning, but found a steak seasoning with hickory that seemed to work great. I served this with Basmati rice and steamed broccoli to complement the strong flavor of the chops.

These pork chops are amazing, I make them all the time now and always get great reviews when I have people over for dinner. Very easy to make, and tender with lots of flavour, and they go great with many different kinds of veggies. I haven't had pork chop seasoning on hand so I've just been making my own seasoning out of a mixture of different spices. I use 4-leaf balsamic vinegar, it gives them a wonderful flavour. Love them!
