- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1-lb. ea.)
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup manchego cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Chef Tim Love Wild Game Rub
- 1 1/2 cups onion flavored rings (or ground Funyuns®)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with cheese and Wild Game Rub. Rub Mayonnaise mixture over pork.
- Coat pork with ground onion rings and place in shallow baking sheet. Roast pork 40 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Serve immediately.
