This turned out so good. It was also very easy to make. The chicken was well seasoned, very juicy, and crispy. The only thing I did differently was cut some slits in the skin to get the marinade better under the skin as the directions indicate. Other than that the recipe is perfect.

Fantastic didn’t have white wine so used red one the best marinades I’ve made the whole house approved I did leave mine in for about 1hr 20 mins just to be sure it was completely done on the inside
