- 1 red bell pepper (small, or green bell pepper, chopped, optional)
- 1 jar Ragu® Chunky Pasta Sauce (1 lb. 8 oz., or Robusto!® Pasta Sauce)
- 1 tsp. oregano leaves (dried, crushed, optional)
- 8 hamburger buns (toasted)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz)

Directions
- Brown ground beef with red pepper in 12-inch nonstick skillet, stirring frequently; drain if desired. Stir in Sauce and oregano. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve on buns and sprinkle with cheese.
