- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (ground)
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 Tbsp. ground mustard (stone-)
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup

Directions
- Place chops in large, resealabe plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops; seal. Refrigerate 4-24 hours.
- Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chops 12-16 minutes, turning once until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.*
