Super fun and easy recipe. I used canned pineapple that I already had on hand, but perhaps I didn't drain it well enough or something because I had way too much pineapple for the little ramekins I put it in. Oh well, extra for seconds! XD I also only cooked it for 40 minutes instead of 45 because it was all golden brown and bubbly on the edges like the recipe said it should be. Served with vanilla ice cream as suggested. Huge hit!
