It turned out good but its missing something. The flavor is a little bland. I cant put my finger on what it needs, maybe a pinch of nutmeg. I'm not sure if i would make it again without figuring out how to boost the flavor.

Turned out great! It made 1 medium loaf and 8 mini loaves perfect for breakfast or lunch on the run. Will be making this for summer picnics on the boat with friends for sure!

Good flavor, but a bit dense. Definitely should eat warm with butter.
