Awesome recipe! I par boiled the peppers first. Just like normal stuffed peppers. This will be a go to in my house.

Whole family loved it. Next time I'll take the advice to cook the pepper a little before stuffing it so it's more tender in the end.

This is an excellent dish. Have made it several times. A great way to have a Philly cheesesteak that is very low carb and low on calories than your traditional philly cheesteak on bread. i use flat iron steak for mine instead of roast beef. itz delicious!

Great low carb meal! We used leftover steak and Visalia onions, and it was delicious. This is our second time to serve this meal, and we are serving to company.

I absolutely loved this recipe!! It was delicious, and super easy. The meat combined with the caramelized onions tasted just like a Philly. I will definitely be making it again and again!!
