This recipe is fantastic!! Next time will use a bigger cast iron skillet.

Family loved it, I doubled the recipe but did not doubled the cream cheese, I think if I did it would of made the casserole runny. Will make again

Easy recipe to use up ingredients in my fridge, didn’t bake in the oven but tasted good anyways. Needed additional salt, used Lawry’s seasoned salt for added flavor.
