This is a terrific recipe. i even got lazy and used store-bought pesto and store-bought zucchini noodles it was a hit! You can't get much easier than that!

Tastes!! Loved the pesto

Delicious. I used Pesto Sauce and not sure if I used too much. The noodles was a little watery. I will try it again with less sauce

I bought pesto and it turned out well. I also added Parmesan cheese to the top.

it's important to remember to drain the pasta to make not as much liquid.

It was really good, however i agree there was quite a bit of liquid from the zucchini, need to drain some off. Next time maybe some mushrooms and more garlic! Yummy!!!!

Yummy I used pine nuts instead of walnuts

This was good, but it was the first time I’ve cooked zucchini noodles and there was a TON of extra liquid that I wasn’t prepared for.

This was so yummy and packed with so much flavor. Used chicken this time but will try with shrimp next. Definitely a keeper!

It was wonderful! We added a but kore garlic as we have a slight garlic problem, and we used walnuts it was sooooo good and filling. This is the second time we made it :)

Really good!! Squeeze some lemon into the mix and its perfect. You can't really mess anything up as long as you don't overcook the shrimp. I just used store bought pesto and it was fine

It was good wasn't able to drain zucchini well enough calorie counts are waaaay off please adjust because it is significantly off based on ingredients mine came out to 275 cals per serving using same ingredients in my fitness pal calculator and used waaaaay less olive oil

Such an awesome recipe! Used chicken instead of shrimp (my boyfriend isn't a seafood fan sadly) which is another great alternative to this recipe.
