Good as a Base, but there aren't any (hardly) veggies in this recipe, so adapted last minute to add to 's and lettuce, but next time will add more. Made own pesto and did sweet pots with garlic/chili powder and paprika. Small amount of avocado and quinoa, did with butter beans. Pesto mixed in with quinoa and pots on the side. No extra Almonds as already pine nuts in pesto. Website says 373 calories, but that is Way understated. It's more like 600 or more.

loved this, we added artichoke hearts and topped with sourcream with olive oil, herbs, and shallots. would like to add more spice/heat.
