This recipe is perfect. Poached chicken is a base for recipes requiring already cooked chicken. The recipe makes tender meat which can then be sliced or shredded fo use in other recipes.

This was so easy and perfect with tenderloins. I didn’t have fresh thyme so I used fresh oregano. Used the chicken on sesame noodles.

perfect! delicious! easy to prepare. i made tgis on the spur if the moment and ot was onr of the best chicken dishes i've had.
