- 1/2 lemon (previously: 1/2 teaspoon zest)
- 3/4 cup yogurt (plain unsweetened, or sour cream)

This is the BEST blueberry muffin recipe I’ve tried. I used plain green yogurt and lemon juice (it’s all I had) and they turned out perfectly. Not too dry, lots of flavor. This will definitely be a repeat recipe in our house.

These tasted like warm muffins with butter as I missed reading the direction to melt the butter and instead mixed the butter almost like making pastry. i used brown sugar on top. delicious. will make again.

Lemon zest, blueberries, Greek yogurt, this recipe is so good. I make these every few weeks they are so good, loaded with blueberries!

I didn't have any lemons, so I used lime zest. Who knew blueberry muffins were delicious with lime zest? This is a fabulous recipe!

I probably put in extra lemon zest and it didn’t need it! Also used a bit less turbinado sugar. Whole wheat flour instead. SO YUM! Will make it with less granulated sugar too next time, I’m not a big sweet tooth

Delicious. I did cook the full 30 minutes plus an additional 2-3 in my oven to get a golden top crust. But they were super easy and really delicious.

These might be the fluffiest most delicious muffins I’ve ever had. I cooked them a little longer than the recipe indicated for that nice crust on the top

Perfect recipe! I have made these a dozen times and they are delicious. I use sparkling sugar sprinkles by Wilton and it makes a beautiful crunchy top!

Easy and very delicious. Moist in the middle and crispy on the outside. Don't need the sugar on top if you don't have it.

Easy to make, not too sweet, and delicious with a cup of fresh coffee. The lemon zest adds a nice brightness and the sour cream makes a tender muffin. Love these!
