Great snack! I have made variations of this with cocoa powder, almond butter and with cashew butter.

These turned out great! I added dark chocolate to mine and they were perfect.

If you use Stevia as the sweetner, i found it best to melt the peanut butter and then mix in the sweetner. Then when mixing in the cream cheese, dont mix it in all at one time, mix it in bit by bit.

It was easy to make and it served its purpose to sate my sweet tooth but I would make it into smaller sized balls because the cream cheese over powers the peanut butter

It was good, I added some extra cream cheese and used a different sugar but, it was yummly!

I will make this again. The lady I’m taking care of is diabetic. So this works great!

I was torn between this recipe and a chocolate avocado fat bomb recipe.
Only had half the amount of swerve. So cut cream cheese and peanut butter in half.
Added half an avocado. Vanilla extract (2 drops), and cocoa powder. They are in the fridge forming as I write. So far what I’ve licked off the spoon is amazing. Once they are chilled I will roll them into balls and sprinkle cocoa powder on them.
