Description
Ready in just a little over a half an hour, these Patatas Bravas make the perfect side dish for your dinner tonight. Sauteed until tender, the potatoes are covered in a spicy garlic and tomato sauce flavored with paprika. Use spicy paprika to obtain the intended spice. However, if you like your food a little more on the spicy side, you can add cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce to increase the heat.

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. sweet paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp. paprika (spicy)
- 2 potatoes (chopped)

Directions
- Saute the garlic in the olive oil. Add the tomatoes and paprika and cook on low heat for 10 minutes, until thickened.
- Saute the potatoes in olive oil until tender. Drizzle with sauce and serve.
