Description
These flavorful chops are not only easy to make but the cheesy parmesan mixed with the breadcrumbs and fresh herbs make it a hit in my house time and time again.
Ingredients

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 4 pork chops (center cup)
- salt
- 2 garlic powder (tsb of)
- 2 onion powder
- 2 paprika
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup mustard
- 2 1/2 cups vegetable oil

Directions
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper, garlic powder, parsley, onion powder,and paprika. Set aside
- Mix grated parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs.
- Coat both sides of the pork chops with mustard.
- Dredge pork chops in breadcrumbs mixture.
- Preheat oil to medium high. Fry chops for about 4 min per side. Place on draining rack to get rid of excess oil.
