Not sure why this got 4 1/2 stars. I didn’t change anything. It was just ok, kind of boring. If you want a tasty chicken dish, try asiago chicken; its full of flavor.

Crispy and juicy, using the rack made the difference for me. I’m also a big believer in the meat thermometer. It turned out great!Looking forward to making it again

I just ❤️❤️❤️this recipe! It’s sooooo easy! It’s the only way I can make chicken breast and keep them moist and tender. My son doesn’t like mayonnaise! He didn’t even know it was mayonnaise. I told him after he’d eaten 2 breasts ~ HaHaHa!
I’d like to add...
I’ve been using your recipes for several years. You’ve taught me how to use my grill. I’m now known as the Steak Queen! I love grilling Fred Flinstone size steaks and all premium steaks select steaks from fillet mignon, porterhouse, ribeyes(my favorite) or NY strips. Since the pandemic, its our house’s every Sunday night dinner.

Turned out much better than expected!! You don’t taste the mayo and the chicken was so tender I was about to cut it with a fork! Used for a makeshift chicken parm

Forgot to dry the chicken, so next time it will be so much better! Today OMG it was sooo yummy!! Wife really liked it!

Turned out perfectly! I was worried 40 min at 400° would be too long and that the chicken would come out dry but it was moist and delicious!

Absolutely delicious! Not usually a fan of mayo, so I was worried if I’d like this but it was soooo good. My husband even asked that I make this once a week! :)

I used chicken breast tenderloins and I used the air fryer instead of the oven. I also added more garlic powder than the recipe called for but this was great. Will definitely make again

i didnt have a baking rack but it still turned out somewhat crispy on the bottom.

Very easy to make and delicious! Neither my husband nor myself care for a strong mayonnaise taste. After reading that it was hardly noticeable I took the gamble on it and it didn’t disappoint! Could not taste the mayo at all! I did add more seasoning that recommended since we like a little kick (I used tony’s). I don’t have a rack so I did the “flip half way through and it turned out perfectly crispy! We will definitely be having this again! Oh, and I also used planko bread crumbs since that’s all I had on hand.

This was so darn good! Used gluten free Panko on top because I didn’t have any breadcrumbs on hand.....crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. I will be adding this to my bi-weekly rotation

Delicious tender and juicy the mayo kept the chicken juicy, it wasn’t dry at all
