- 1 papaya
- 4 lettuce leaves (cut into julienne strips)
- 125 grams shrimp (small, shelled and cooked)
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. whiskey
- ground black pepper (to taste)

Directions
- Cut papaya lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Place lettuce on top of the papaya.
- In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients and toss with cooked shrimp.
- Arrange shrimp on top of the lettuce.
- Serve immediately.
