Really good and easy recipe. Next time I’d double the batch. Served w simple salad and oven French bread. Use about 2 big handfuls shredded sharp cheddar (which = 2 c./8 oz.), or 4 if doubling the batch. Mods: I first sauté the hard veggies in the IP and add some minced garlic at the end, do all 2% milk instead of cream, add S and P to taste at end, use a whisk at the end to help break up the cream cheese.

Sooo good. Was runny so I added some flour. Pretty easy to make, too.
