Just not a fan. As much as I want to have the flavors come in they just did it. It was kind of bland and boring

This was very tasty! I added some dried herbs to the sauce: oregano, parsley, cayenne, onion powder and garlic powder. It made it thicker and less visually attractive, but it tasted yummm. Tangy, savory, bright and with depth!

This was easy and delicious! I wished the fish in milk, coated it with panko and red pepper flakes, seared the fish 6 min each side with 2 tablespoons of white wine, garlic, butter, and topped it with parsley, and capers.

Outstanding recipe! I served with rice and sautéed spinach and the whole family gobbled it up. This is a recipe I will make for company once COVID is in the past.

Halibut turned out amazing. It didn’t provide for a sauce however

Restaurant quality. I’ve made versions of this recipe sometimes incorporating chicken. This one is easy to make and it tastes and presents well. However, I shortened the initial cooking time by at least half, saving about a minute of cooking time for when the halibut was put back into the sauce. Otherwise, our 1/2 to 3/4 inch servings would have been over-cooked and tough. We’re from Oregon, and most of us know that when it comes to halibut, it’s better to error on the side of medium.
