went nicely with the chicken stroganoff. a little firm even after 15 minutes in the pan so will probably bake the leftovers in the oven to soften them further.

Turned out well even though I️ didn’t have a scallion. If you aren’t big on nuts I️ would do a quarter cup of pecans, a half cup seemed a little heavy.
