- 1 cup soybean sprouts
- 100 grams chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 2 eggs
- 1 carrots (diced)
- 3 Tbsp. roasted peanuts (crushed)
- 2/3 cup tamarind juice (or 4 teaspoons white vinegar mixed with 6 teaspoons water)
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. fish sauce
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. spring onions (chopped)
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 6 Tbsp. oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 cloves crushed garlic

good recipe but i recommend using less tamarind sauce

Not great. Didn’t have the right noodles and the pan was too small. Kinda slimy

Great recipe, added a little msg and sesame oil and it made it even better! Didn’t have tamarind so used the vinegar and waster substitute and it tasted very close to authentic!
