Awesome! I doubled the sauce and reduced the brown sugar to about 1/4 cup total and I thought it was perfect. I wished I had used better beef because mine was a little on the tough side. Oh ya, I’ll make this again!

Better than PF Chang’s - I added a little bit more cornflour than suggested and 1/8 cup of coconut aminos to the sauce. Yum.

Excellent Recipe. However I recommend to Cut down on the brown sugar, otherwise it will come out too sweet for my taste at least.

Double it and added or basically stirred in snow peas and shredded carrots at the very end. Veges to go with this very tasty dinner.

This is excellent I added some red pepper flake for a little kick. Served with fried rice, sugar snap peas, carrots, and water chestnuts. Excellent

This is good. I deglazed the pan after cooking the beef, with red wine to get up those delicious bits. And I added some chopped toasted pistachios to the finished dish. Wonderful.

LOVE this! I think the people who remarked there wasn’t enough sauce were Intending to use it on rice. If you want sauce for rice definitely double the sauce ingredients. My comment refers to the beef. I sliced it very thin, added the corn starch to the beef in a bowl as directed, and that is where things began to stray from the directions. With the cornstarch on the raw beef, the beef globbed up in the sauté pan. The beef cooked rapidly and the cornstarch burned. When I removed the cooked beef to the paper towel, I had to attempt to pick out the clumps of fried cornstarch. Next time I intend to increase the amount of ginger and add the cornstarch to the sauce. Will make again.

It was so amazing. I use top sirloin. I added broccoli, red pepper, kernel corn and cauliflower. Delicious! Whole family loves this dish!

Great! I lived in Asia for many years. I liked their food but never really tried to cook any dishes. So now I was delighted to be able to cook at least that recipe which was delicious. There are other recipes and I will do my best to get such a great result. Thank you!

I put this sauce on Pork Chops over rice. Served with green beans. I chose to double the recipe. I did 3 tsp of Ginger and 1/2 c brown sugar. I choose to have spicy food so I added Ghost Pepper -Pepper plus crushed red chile seeds. It turned out well. I would encourage anyone to try it!

It turned out pretty good. The taste of ginger was a tad strong and it was a bit on the sweet side though so might tweak that for next time

the family loved it! I added sliced onions, shredded carrots, and half a jalapeno.. but kept everything else the same. definitely will add to our rotation!

Best Mongolian beef recipe I've found yet. I add thinly sliced onions and let the sauce simmer with the beef until it is brown and sticky on the sides of the pan.
