- 1 tsp. salt (for steaks)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (for steaks)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 lb. red potatoes (or yellow)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (for potatoes)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (for potatoes)

- 8 oz. cremini mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (for steaks)
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. butter

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Season the steaks on both sides with the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Allow them to rest at room temperature while preparing the potatoes.

on 9 min the steak semed still raw, then i add 5 min it was all lil bit to done, so i messed up there :(, but nice recipe
