- 4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
- 1 piece onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup water
- 5 cloves garlic (coarsely chopped)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano
- salt
- 1 Tbsp. water (in which the chicken was cooked)

Directions
- Place the chicken in a large pan, without overlapping the pieces. Add the onion, garlic, and water. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes until the chicken is soft.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Separately, use a mortar to crush the garlic, oregano, and salt, and add a tablespoon of water in which the chicken was cooked.
