Came out ok, was a little on the dry side. Recommended if you need a quick meal to make and happen to have the ingredients on hand already

I wanted to use up some oranges, and came across this recipe. Very quick and easy. I had fresh sage growing outside, so perfect for me. A delicious meal, served with cilantro rice and sugar snap peas. Pork chops were a little bigger than called for so I cooked a little longer. Cooked in cast iron pan.

I did not do the recipe very well. I'm just now getting In the kitchen, and messed up the sauce. Trying again soon.

Chose this recipe because I was trying to use up oranges. Didn't have any sage, so used thyme. Still good. I have this a four star rating because I prefer spices to orange juice, but was a nice change.

These are so packed with flavor, my taste buds are ecstatic whenever I make this, and I have, multiple times.
I like to double the sauce, though, so I use extra oranges and I used Earth balance and it turned out great.

Terrific idea! Love the orange and sage combo on these chops. Quick and easy to prepare and the use of "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" is great for those of us who must watch our cholesterol. The family vote is that this recipe should be repeated often!
