Easy - I sautéed the onion with bacon, then added the following ingredients. I had a TON of BBQ'd chicken drumsticks to use, which was way more than what was called for, so I used an entire can of both black and kidney beans, and subbed green peas for the corn. I didn't use jalepeno (bc of Dad), but did triple the amount of cheese called for. I also added garlic salt, at the end.
