Not bad, but the timing was off for the brown rice. Had to take chicken out after 65 mins, then pour rice into a pot and continue cooking until liquid had mostly evaporated.

Tasty and easy to prepare. I recommend getting creative with the spices - I used garlic and onion powders as well as a a “spicy chicken” seasoning mix. You can also get creative with the veggies. We had carrot sticks to use up, as well as frozen green beans (instead of peas). Next time I’d like to add mushrooms as well. I recommend adding the butter as recommended, unless you’re really trying to cut calories. It added a rich taste to the rice. The broth and foil keeps the chicken from getting dry. I can confirm that it took the full 1:45 for bone-in breasts to fully cook, and the rice was not at all soupy.

Really tasty
I added garlic powder and onion powder for additional flavor and used baby carrots instead of cut up regular carrots will definitely make again I might try using slightly less chicken broth though

Delish! I like to use Jasmine Rice even better and the broth makes this dish flavorful

This was delicious, I'm making it again tonight at the request of my 21 and 25 year old kids. I added 4 tbls of margarine omitted the peas because I didn't have any the first time. I may try broccoli tonight! Love Love this!
