I have made this twice now. It's delicious. The 1st time I used the 1 cup green bell peppers . For my taste it was way too much. 1/2 cup would be much better. This time I left out the green peppers and used a whole jalapeno, seeds and all. It was really good.I also didn't have garlic paste so I supplemented minced garlic. It still turned out to be delicious.

This dish was easy and delicious. Used fire-roasted canned tomatoes and added some creole seasoning.

This is great! I didn't have any tomato sauce so I blended some chopped tomatoes with tomato paste and added a half teaspoon of sugar. Also I put in a cup of diced celery and mushrooms in addition to the peppers and onions. Sprinkled grated parmesan over the top. Fantastic!!!
