This turned out great, it was a quick easy meal for a weeknight. The leftovers were even better the next day for lunch.

So easy and delicious!!! The flavor reminded me of my childhood! I felt it was a bit dry, next time I will add an additional can of tomatoes or tomato sauce. I also used mozzarella instead of cheddar and just sprinkled it on top instead of mixing it in. Pairs well with a side salad and garlic bread. Yum!

Turned out great! Reminded me of my mom's (- the cheese). I prefer more spice, so I added more to taste, however that is NOT like my mom's. This has a classic flavor!

1st time making goulash. . .The family enjoyed it. I used 1/2 the diced tomatoes, omitted the cheese, and added a can of mixed vegetables.

I very much like this!! I tweaked the recipe to be a little more fast serve and easy. Using the servings for two, Here are the tweaks I used;
Instead of canned diced tomatoes, I cut up a small-medium tomato
Added 1/2 of a chopped onion to combat acidity of tomato
Some extra oregano 😉😉
Instead of baking, I cooked the noodles thoroughly, drained the water, and mixed the meat/sauce and cheese into the pot all together to save time.
The result was a very American version of Goulash, but very homestyle!! Tweaks aside, I definitely recommend this for a low-budget, easy to make dinner that can feed many!!

I just made this last night.... I used basil tomato marina sauce ,,Worcestershire sauce, diced tomatoes , pepper, onion, and I always add a little sugar cause the tomatoes can be very acidic..... I make a big pot so there will be leftovers, Taste so much better the day after

I did modify this recipe a bit. I cut the ingredients in half to be more sizable for 2. I also misread the ingredients originally so I didn’t have any tomato sauce. I used a 4 cheese pasta sauce that I already had instead. Everything else I kept the same.
