I wanted these to be good but they were the driest cookies I’ve ever had and tasted mostly like molasses.

Dry. Flavor is close. Looking for something more intensely ginger and chewy.

I followed the recipe as written. The cookies have a nice flavor. They are easy to roll out and they keep their shape. The do not expand very much while baking so you don’t have to worry about your ginger-people catching any cooties.
