- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder

- 2 1/2 cups oatmeal (ground in blender, measure then grind)
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (I leave these out because my kids do not like nuts)

Wow! They’re delicious, and as long as you’ve baked anything before, should be very easy to make. Hubs doesn’t like nuts, so I did omit them. Yummy.

These are absolutely amazing, I added chopped walnuts and the crunch is very nice. They are good chunky cookies! Will definitely make again!
