It was a great recipe, I used fire roasted tomatoes, with a little less boneless chicken, but added diced sweet potato, carrot, and a little bit of extra yogurt to make the pot a little bigger for meal prep this week. Let it simmer down to reduce a little more that way it really has strong flavor to soak into a bed of jasmine rice with a little coconut oil. The flavors just blend beautifully.

Amazing! My husband loves Indian food (courtesy of me Lol) but our local restaurant is closed on Mondays. This is definitely a great replacement for when we’re craving Mt Everest and they aren’t open.

Man this was extremely good 👍. I'll definitely be making it again. My wife loves ❤ it too. Our new favorite style of Indian curry.

Really excellent & delicious! My only recommendation would be to add more salt than the recipe states. I was out of plain yogurt, so I substituted it with whole milk with extra cornstarch. It worked out and turned out really tasty!

Turned out good. All the spices made a good flavor. Had to add a lot more salt than in recipe. Used chicken breast instead of thighs, and should've cut them up more than I did.

Very good dish. Came out delicious. I used sour cream instead of yogurt being I didnt have any, and used chicken breast. Other than that I followed the recipe as is. Will definitely make again.

I was really surprised and impressed about how this turned out. My first time cooking Indian food. I will definitely be making this again.

Cooked this twice now, once in Fontignac & once in our instant pot, both times amazing

Could use a little more heat for my taste, but otherwise awesome dish! Definitely adding to my permanent repertoire.
